Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Those who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee to the credit card kept on file up to the full cost of the treatment.

Taysha graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018, she has always had a passion for health and wellness, which she feels naturally lead her down the path to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Taysha has also completed her Craniosacral Therapy Training and is pleased to offer this modality to her clients as a standalone treatment or in combination with massage therapy, as they blend together seamlessly.

She enjoys working with her clients to create a unique treatment plan, based on their individual needs. Her approach to practice includes general Swedish massage, muscle energy, fascial work and various stretching techniques.  Her special interests are related to injury rehabilitation and helping clients with chronic pain.

Taysha also has her 250hr Yoga Teacher Training certification and often draws on this education and experience when recommending home care to clients.​

Vibeke is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2023. She enjoys working with her clients to provide treatments based on their individual needs and goals.

Her approach blends therapeutic techniques that offer both relief and relaxation, using a combination of general Swedish massage, trigger point release, and slow muscle stripping.

Vibeke has a particular interest in treating shoulder conditions, chronic pain, and supporting clients through injury rehabilitation. She’s passionate about helping people live with less pain and stress, and takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to care.

She continues to grow as a practitioner through hands-on experience and ongoing education, always looking for ways to better support her clients.

Outside the clinic, Vibeke enjoys mountain biking, surfing, or exploring the trails with her dog, Boonie.

Tiffany is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and an alumni of the University of Victoria where she received her Bachelor of Science with a Biology major.

Tiffany uses a variety of techniques and an evidence-informed framework, all in the context of helping patients achieve their health goals. She has treated a wide variety of conditions and patient populations, and has a specific interest in treating distance runners along with overall stress management and wellness. Her main goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed after your treatment. Having previously worked in a multidisciplinary setting, Tiffany will often refer to other modalities that she believes will help her patients with their personal goals.

In her spare time, Tiffany can be found running, reading a book, or documenting the antics of her cat Charlie.
